On friday I am going to spend well over 10 hours either on a plane or in an air port. I want to save myself from having to a) Eat airplane food and b) buying the crap they sell at airports.

I will have no access to a fridge or cooler of any kind, so I am not sure what to bring on the plane with me. The flight leaves at 3pm, so I should have already eaten breakfast, brunch and lunch when I get on.

Snack ideas?

Pre apck some protein podwer in a hsaker and add water when ready. Pack some almonds, apples, or trail mix.
protein bars are another easy option for travel.

I read an article by a bodybuilder who travels for business a lot and he makes scrambled egg/omelets and freezes them then reheats the on the coffee maker in his hotel rooms. Maybe the stewardess would reheat something for you?

Or order the vegetarin/low sodium meal beforehand (they usually have aspecialty menu if you request it 'due to health issues') and add your own source of protein (shake, bar).

Hard boiled eggs keep fairly well without refrigeration, you could bring a small insulated lunch sack.
