i know most of us around here are probably not huge drinkers..at least from what i've read so far..but if you're like me and drink every now (you know how college can get) and then here is an article i found that might be useful to you in preserving your gains that you worked on for so long. i thought it might be useful..i know i found it to be..

Bingo...good post. Some people are going to drink occasionally no matter what. This article is realistic in its point.

It is a good article, even if just foer the effects of alcohol on training, which has been asked a lot around here.

Myself I'm not much of a drinker, I occasionally drink with my freinds and family. But drink small quantity's of alchol (not to the point of drunkeness) has been known to prevent heart disease (atleast what I've read about it).:cool:
