Hey I'm pretty new to the site and to working out. I am 15, 125 pounds and 5 ft.9 in. tall. I have been doing the 12 week ab program and working out continuously for 3 weeks now. This summer I hope to get toned and shed some pounds. After that I hope to gain muscle and mass.

Just wondering, why at 5ft 9 and 125lbs you feel like you need to lose weight. The numbers are healthy, and from the pics, you don't look like you need to lose any weight. I would consider adding the muscle mass now as your main focus...just my 2 cents

I agree, CristalBelle, you look like your weight is fine, though building more muscle will add weight, it is good weight! :)

I do not want to lose major weight. There is fat covering my abs and I would just like to lose that. My main goal is to gain more muscle. Thanks for the compliments.:)
