Hi guys (and gals),
My name is Dan, I am 26 and just got back from a year abroad. While I was there, I lost about 25 lbs (mainly due to walking a lot (including up and down hills, which is something we don't have in Chicago.) I really enjoyed the compliments I would get from people about my weight loss and how good I looked, and I want to keep at it. I currently weigh bout 260, and my goal weight is 175 with better muscle tone and definition. I want to be healthier and more attractive as well. Ciao for now!
Great for you! Keep at it by making smaller goals and accomplishing them. This fitness thing can be highly addictive, and if you stay with it the rewards go deeper than you'll ever know. And don't be afraid to come around here looking for support and advice. Theres a lot of people who are bustin' their butts just like you!
