I have been allergic to the protein in milk forever. I can't have anything that has milk in it. So I have to eat special breads, noodles and so forth. This takes a lot of the foods out to reach the goal targets. Any suggestions?

Soy is tasty and very versitle. It comes in powders for drinks, power bars, straight beans and so forth. You can also eat off of BB1s " grocery list for body builders". Eggwhites are great too.
