We just made hommade protein bars, and used almonds in them. Pretty tasty. An ounce of raw almonds daily is wonderful fats, and good on a gaining diet also. You can put some in a baggie, take a hammer and crush them a bit, and mix them in your oatmeal in the morning, or whatever cereal you eat. Be creative.
