ok... well... i got to this page!!! first start!!!! :)
anyhow... i dont know how to read the exercise program... i see there are 4 numbers... are those sets of reps? or are they the days of the weeks? and do i put a check mark in the empty box? or do i put the number ive done... and if i dont have weights, and just - say soup cans... how do i track the weight? LOL... im sure i will have a billion more LOL THANK you for your time!@ im1jomama (aka Jo)

There you go, See? It's easy. The 4 numbers are sets of reps with the higher number being your first set (these are for warm up). you enter the weight used in those little boxes. If you are using soup cans, they o have a weight on them, and you can also use juice cartons, and soda bottles, empty or full of water to control the weight. Have fun.

OK... and so, how well does this work out printin it out? (no job=no money)... papers kinda hard to come by... and what about diet? i have yet to ... get ... it? lol... can you tell im a lil Con-fus-ed? LOL

Follow the nutritional guidelines set up in your profile... check out "Grocery List For A Bodybuilder" and you're on your way with the diet...

As far as the print out.. damned handy to use!

ok... so when doin the tracker... do i pre plan the meals? or do i tell them what ive eaten?....

You input what you've eaten... it then calculates what you've injested and shows you the breakdown of nutrients, etc...

Hi. I am new too. I just started on Monday (5/17). Today I got up early and exercised before work and I have so much more energy now. I also like the "pain" I feel in my muscles. It lets me know that I'm doing some physical activity, which I've never really done a lot of. I think that after getting that extra energy you will want to keep going so that you can always feel like that. I know I do! Good luck & God bless!
