I have a show coming up (May 28th...natural, of course). I have everything I need as far as supplements go and I know that DIET is the key to success. During the diet phase though, there are certain supplements that I must take in order to help aid maitenence of muscle while stripping away fat. Now...I know what Alpha Lipoic Acid does, BUT what would be an ideal time to take it and an ideal dosage. This is a good question for all you veterans out there.

r-ALA: 100mg for every 100grams of CHO with every meal.

I would suggest adding Alcar to your regimine also. ALCAR....1 gram pre-workout, 1 gram post-workout.
