Hi, just new to FT, don't have access to do cable crossovers and cable rows, etc. Only lat pulls What alternatives can I do for cable exercises, appreciate your help
Good Morning and welcome lemish - if you check out the Exercise Resources in the yellow bar at the top of the screen, then click on muscle targeting, you'll find a variety of exercises to use as alternatives. If you are using one of ft's programs but only have a limited number of machine exercises, it might be better for you to select free weights, then substitute machine exercises if they apply.
