Can anyone reccomend alternate exercises for 'Chins Between Chairs' and 'Dips Behind the Back'?
I find it VERY hard to do the 'Dips' so wanted something to still work that muscle group but a little easier so I can build myself up to doing those and also I'm off to my sisters for Easter and don't want to end up breaking her broom or mop handle doing the 'Chins' LOL :big_smile: ,but I still want to keep my exercise going :)
Any help is much apprecited and thanks to the guys who helped me before :)
Is there a playground near your sister's house? Go do your chins there. Do the dips on a lower surface until you get stronger, start with the bottom step on a flight of stairs.
