I hate eggs and eggwhites. Besides milk what other sources of protein can I have for breakfast. (I know peanutbutter is one)

My favorite is a can of tuna. Not your typical breakfast food but it works for me. :)

Yogurt works well, some lean bacon(turkey bacon is good), any lean meats, you can always have a protein shake also. There are some very decent MRP's these days that are actually a bit tasty. You can add a piece of fruit like a banana or some blueberries, strawberries, etc. and make it tasty. Some cinnamon in many cases also helps, and is great for insulin management.

you don't have to adhere to typical breakfast meals.. a meal is a meal :) you can also add protein powder to just about anything if you're in a rush (oatmeal, cereal, protein muffins, just a simple shake, etc.)

Cottage cheese -- you can put berries in it. Have you tried egg beaters? Tofu smoothie you can make it tasty with fruit.
