i forgot to ask this in my last post... for some reason latley im always hungry! even after i eat im still hungry! i have to eat more then my boyfriend(and lemme tell you he can eat!! LOL!) to feel filled up! I dont ofcourse i only eat a small portion just enough to stop the hunger pains(a little) but then i get acid refluct(sorry about the spelling) on top of the hunger pains! is this normal?? im pretty sure im not prego so i dont know what else it could be...
Start eating things that don't contain as many calories and you can eat more of them. Most vegetables contain very few vegetables so you can really fill up on them and feel full but not be eating too many calories.
