I'm posting this because I know I can't be the only person struggling to get started with the fitness program. I started this morning and got through ONE set of each of the excercises before I had to take a nap. I feel positively reed-like. Looking forward to day two! Never say die...

Exactly never give up!!! Your mind will quit before your body so keep pushing. Take a look at my post under obesity for inspiration. - Mike

Way to go anni. Keep it up, you will be buffed and chiseled. Beginning is tough, you will find it easier and easier, and the better you start to look, the easier it becomes. It is a lifelong endeavor of good health, not a quick fix like a fad diet. Congrats on your start and decision to do this.

Just keep going. If you gave it everything for 2 months, you will keep giving it. You will start to see results and so will others. That will keep you going. Good Luck:)

Like everyone else has stated, keep on chippin away. You need a starting point, from there you can make your improvements. Always have a goal in mind and never stray away from a positive attitude. Know that you will get there.

You aren't a wimp! You're just getting started. Wimps never start. Never say die IS the right attitude!

Failure is not an option here. Keep going and it only gets better! Keep up the good work.
I remember the first time I went to the gym, it was just for an evaluation with my trainer. I came home and fell asleep at the kitchen table! How sad was that!

You are on the right road. If you are fat or thin, there are others, probably in your gym with you now. Who are fatter/thinner/uglier/musclier in some way-
Be inspired by other people who you see training 'well', and right down what you can manage now- your stats, weight, waist, photo yourself, how far you can run and stick it in a draw or put it on your profile... up date this in 3 months time and the new you will be seen in the numbers and picture you give yourself.. Honest it's motivational to measure success.

i would say, if you dont think you can do the full work out, then try to moderate it a little bit, if you dont think you can do 3 sets of 15, then do 2 sets of 10, that way you get all of it done without getting tired. Another thing, dont go to sleep after working out. Hop in the shower then get online and post what you did. Keep the energy flowing.:dumbbell:
