Well I have been reading these boards for a few days now trying to soak up as much information as possible. I would like to thank everyone that helps me in advance. I have already recieved a great amount of help here by just reading the old posts. First of all I am a 29 yr. old female, 5'5", 125 lbs. I am trying to lower my body fat to around 15% (from 18%). I work out 7 days a week, 3-4 days of weight training and 7 days of cardio. I am trying to take in about 1500 cal. and up to this point I have only counted calories and not carbs and proteins. So that I am changing thanks to my Nutritional profile. I also will begin the fitness program Monday morning. I have come to the conclusion that I am overtraining and possibly undereating. My problem is I really don't know how fast or slow my metabolism is and I am guessing my maintainence calories to be aound 2000 a day. I have been adjusting from 250-500 and I have been staying the same or actually gaining a lb or 2. Can someone help me and send me in the right direction? Please let me know if I can provide anymore information. thanks,
Kjhalter
