Diet / Pre Workout

Breakfast
2 servings of oatmeal with milk
3 egg whites
fruit

bike 17 miles
Can of tuna ( lunch )
(WORKOUT)
Can of tuna ( lunch )
bike 7 mile cool down
dinner is normaly chicken
Dont eat any carbs or calories after 7o'clock

i drink lots of water but this doesnt feel like im eatting enough =/

That's because your not. You are way to actove to be eating such a small amount of food. But you need to fill out your profile so we can all help you out better.

I agree with Dahayz. You are not eating near enough for a 17 year old male. But we can't really tell you specifically how much to eat until you fill in your profile with your height, weight, BF%, goals, etc.

I really hope you are eating more than that from what I can tell (with out amounts) there is no way you are getting enough vitamins, minerals fibre ect, regardless of calorific intake. The tuna will provide the protein, but you need to eat more fresh stuff especially with your training. The best way to tell though is to just spending (typical) 1 day detailing exactly what and how much you eat then compare it to what you should be eating.
