I'm 15 and been working out since i was 12 with the school and some at home. I have been reading about whey protein on here and i was wondering if it is good to be a certain age to take it any info would be nice thanks
Protein is the main building block for cell growth. If you get tired of eating alot of food try a supplement. Go according to your weight for how much to consume. 1gram per pound of bodyweight.
