hey all you bloggers out there, i'm a 17 year old female from Nova Scotia, Canada and i was sitting on my bed eating an ice cream bar thingy when I saw this infomercial for this "6 week body makeover thing" .. I sat there and was like "pthh, like that would work for me" .. so i decided to look up some excersize routine things and i found this site. So i'm not sitting here at 2:20 AM on a Monday morning wondering if i'm too fat. I probably weight around 190 pounds and I have a very big buttom. I like it, but then again, i'd love to get rid of it. Can someone help me figure out if i'm too fat or not?!? Thanks a million!

You are just a little bit over weight but you are not fat what is your height? See i am 24 yrs old i am 216lbs and i am 5'7 not i am over weight by 100 lbs your not so dont think that your fat you will lose it if you want to lose only you can do it..I am having a heard time losing my weight but i am nnot giving up so dont you give up and never call yourself fat cause you are not FAT..talk to ya later and hope this helps you out in a way or so good luck and remeber you can do it just start slow and work real hard and before you know it You will not be big anymore andgood luck.....:big_smile:

Hi Stephanie, if you are only 5 ft tall then you are a little bit overweight. I am 5'2 and am a little overweight at 138 - I think you should weigh anywhere from 105-120 to be in a healthy range, I mean if you have a muscular build then you will weigh more and muscles burn more fat, so I vote for that! Anyway, i seen you want to be a size 3 by time school starts, I honestly don't think this is realistic. Take your time, start a healthy eating plan and exercise - try and take 1-2 lbs off each week as if you take too much off by starving yourself it will all come back once you start eating again. Have patience ok, after all-the weight didn't come on all of a sudden so why would it go away that fast right? Good luck!:)
