Instead of search, search, search for the answers, could anyone please direct me to the front line for assistance?
Here's my idea: Based on physical criteria and lifestyle, what would it take to enter the information and get a detailed explanation of dos and donts? I've been surfing freetrainers.com for 2 hours now and have learned alot and yet still do not know where to start. Supplement Starts? Workout Starts? Meal Plan Starts? Sleeping Arrangements? Dresscode and Workout Apparel? There's so many options and it would be nice for a short documentation trip planner. YOUR HERE AND YOU WANT TO BE HERE: DO THIS - EAT THIS - TAKE THESE! Not everyone in life can afford a doctor, a trainer, weights, gym memberships, etc. Bad thing is that most of these are required in most cases to get accurate results. So far, Doctors have been no help in my case. Trainers tend to push me into dizzy spells. Gyms seem to be out of reach. Weights are no where in site. What I wouldnt give to get out of this 150lb 72in skinny body and sculpt it into a FIT 190lb 72in attractive figure. Just an idea, but I guess it would be too complicated. (kindof like Artificial Intelligence). Something for Nothing, the ALL AMERICAN DREAM.... LOL! |

SO basically you want someone to give you a cheat sheet? Why should we? There is a limit as to what we can do for you. What you are asking for requries a lot of detailed time consuming work.....read more and LEARN on your own. Ask some thoughtfull questions and they will be answered-------------- Curl Jockeys, get outta the squat rack! I wish everyone would get a partial amnesia and never use 'tone' ever again. As Mutt said, you really need to look around. Appears as though you are looking for a quick fix for muscle...it doesn't exist. Trainers push you too hard...gym out of reach...no weights? Right, so how exactly do you plan to "sculpt" your body?

The stickies are great. Even the forum search is the better of any site i've seen and extremely helpful. I did state that the amazing "cheat sheet" would be complicated. It would, for the most part, render doctors and trainers useless. As for the sculpting: Where there's a will, there's a way? Thanks for the comments fellas.

You do get something for nothing. You have access to the best resoruces available here at FT for nothing. The only price is your own dedication. If you have the dedication to search for 2 hours, then you had to have learned something. None of us can tell you eat this, take this and do this and magic will happen. However, magic can happen if you follow simple 'rules'...to lose fat, eat less than you need. Follow that up with movement, any type of movement that burns calories. When you reach a desired weight, then to gain weight and muscle you will have to find a way to get to some weights. There is no way to gain muscle without a challenge to them. -------------- "If it ain't broke, you aren't trying." |

Nicely Put BB1FIT "You do get something for nothing. You have access to the best resoruces available here at FT for nothing. The only price is your own dedication." This site rocks. Start by doing a home workout routine and use bandsand or an exercise ball. If are in reach of empty soft drink bottles fill them with sand or water and use those. Soup cans work great also.
Go to the "Fitness Resources" page and choose a program that meets your objective with the appropriate apparatus. The only thing is, you have to push yourself a little bit, because you seem to have the motivation, otherwise you wouldn't have posted. Have fun. -------------- Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success. Ivan Montreal Canada (City of Festivals) |

Just an idea- look in your local newspaper, craigslist.com and other places of the sort for weights and equipment. So many people spend thousands of dollars on fitness equipment and use it for a very short period. Many give these things away free. Just keep looking.
