Hi, I'm a new member in this community and I would like some professional opinion about some supplements I'm taking. I have been using Creatine for 6 months now and I just switched to using Aminoacids (Aminofuel)... If I'm targeting for definition, should I leave Creatine for a while and just take Aminoacids? Can I combine both?
Basically, I'm taking a fat burner (Xenadrine) in the mornings before I run, and around mid afternoon before my workout... I heard I should take aminoacids before and after my workout, and I used to take creatine before my workout only... is this correct?
Both of these do different things and should not compete with one another if taken simultaneously. Amino acids will probably work better post workout. It's really a toss up as to when to take creatine, but I would recommend post workout as well.
