Hello All...when entering my poundages in the workouts, do I include how much the bar weighs? Example: doing a bench press, I may have only 70 lbs in weights, but the bar weighs 45 lbs. Do I count that for my own ego's sake, or not?

Thanks,

I definitly count it for egos sake. It really doesn't matter which way you do it as long as you do it the same way each time.

yes u usually allways do....do to the fact the bar has weight too, nothing exscapes gravity, since the bar is restastance as wel as the weights u add to it use the bar in ur totals

You always include the bar, because as said, you are indeed lifting it too. So just tack it on to the weight added to it.
