its about that time, my week off after nine hard weeks of training. Anyways, in my time off, i usually redo my weight room as well as my workout routine. I've done alot of research, and think my body can handle it, so im looking to increase the volume of my training. I'm planning on adding morning workouts to my usual workouts a couple days a week, kind of like a lot of olympic weight lifters and olympic style lifters do. My question is this; core lifts in the morning or evening? should i do my more intense lifting first or later in the day. Also, how will this affect my recovery? Any additional input would be greatly appreciated.
-------------- \"I get up in the morning around six to run for about an hour. Later in the day, I lift with a partner. Following my lifting sessions, I usually do speed and agility drills. Later, I drill all my holds and moves.\"
\'Isnt that lifestyle boring?\'
