An alternative to nachos and cheese

Here is a high protien, healthy carb alternative to nachos and cheese.

1 Bag of mini-pitas (whole wheat) or large pita cut into sqaures
1 cup of cottage cheese
Any hot sauce (Franks, Tabasco, etc)

Toast the mini-pitas/pita squares so they are crunchy.
Mix the hot sauce (to taste) directly into the cottage cheese.

Use the CC/Hot sauce mix as dip and the pitas as chips and your on your way to a high protien snack.
