Hi, I just recently became motivate to exercise to stay fit and maybe lose 10 lbs. I need some kind of an exercise program to include into my daily routines. What i am doing now is walking 6 mi, 40-50 jumpin jacks 40 situps and riding an exercise bike an hour a day (2 intravals 30 mins) is this cool ? for toning up shaping up and tightening up muscles ??

There are some exercise plans available on FT... why not pick one that suits your needs and goals?

Welcome to Freetrainers MsSaratoga. Seems like you have a good cardio routine going for yourself but tohave definition, and tighten up, you must include some sort of resistance training. This will give you the look you are talking about. Like Tim said, try a program from here.
