Oh yeah, I'm 22 (turned 22 a week and a half ago)I am 5'8, 143-145, I am trying to exercise to gain some mass and muscle, especially chest. I just basically want to gain weight while also getting in shape...I don't know how to do it, or what the best exercises are, but if someone is willing to give advises, please feel free to do so!!!:)

Well, welcome to FT...
First, fill out a profile... secondly, get a plan from FT... there are plans here specific to what your goals are... then, follow your diet closely... you can use the nutrition tracker here for all the info you need... look around the site, use fit buddy to do some research and you're geared to go...

I'm 24 yo guy but i look 17 yo 2 other. It irritates me sometimes. That why i start on this program and i hope 2 gain weight and muscle mass soon. It's been a week since i start my program. I feel better with my life now. hope u be the same.
