Hello! I'm a fairly new mom hoping to get back my pre-baby body and more! I don't have time to go to the gym, so I'm excited about getting some guidance for an at home work out! I just recently quit smoking! Three days and no smoking! I'm here to get healthy and happy. I have a question though... I got my work out plan, but when it says rest does that mean don't do anything?
Are you starting Monday? I have already been doing some exercise at home. I joined here because I have no idea what I'm doing! I wasn't getting very far just winging it... Before I had my baby I didn't have to exercise or diet, I just stayed small. Now it is a whole different story! How about you?
