I've been working out intensely for about 4-5 months now, I started off at around 120 lbs and right now I’m looking at around 126 lbs. I just recently started the routine from freetrainers.com and I have to say I am enjoying the results so far but it’s not enough for me. I was recently told about androstenedione and some of the major effects it has. I was told if I change my diet around (around 4000 calories a day) and possibly use creatine with it that the effects are amazing. Right now I was told to do a cycle of 200mg a day for 6 weeks with the creatine but I’ve heard of many side effects and some cases of no weight gain at all. Does anyone have any personal testimony’s they would be willing to share with me? Also any suggestions on how to put on some big weight without the juice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Don't do andro. You have not been training near long enough to even think about it. It is not good anytime, as are any prohormones, but least of all when you have only been training the short time you have. Get your diet in order. There is nothing more anabolic than a well conceived diet.
