HI everyone they say these are the supreme in vitiamns, question can i take them in the morning before i go to work because i work out at night...also its 11 vitiams in 1 pak....and 1 more question when do you take Glutmine with creatine or after or before and what do you mix it with??

and 24? c´mon, arent you big enough to take this?

glutamine + creatine before workout and before bed.
or just after waking up and before workout.

Love the Pak. Been using it for more than a dozen years. Taking it with breakfast is fine.

You can mix creatine and glutamine. If you're only going to take it once, it's best to take after your workout. Otherwise, 5g of each before and after is fine.

Loading seems to have become an option these days for some reason. I am not sure why, but if doing pure creatine mono, I am a fan of it. Loading is time tested and proven. The choice is yours though in the end apparantely. If I do creatine mono, I always load.
