When Taking Animal Stak can I double up the dose.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Please do not be stupid when using supplements. The Stak is very potent stuff. Double up on it and watch your estrogen levels skyrocket. Why do you want to do that in the first place? If its to get bigger faster then you may need to take a good, hard look at your diet and training program.

I asked this question acouple years back when I became a member here at ft. I cycled the stak with a 12 week mass building program and it worked great. Your diet is extremly important and 1 pack a day is plenty. I am on TEST now by Universal, so far so good, it seems like a potent stack.

Instead of Doubling the dose, I wrote to the people at Animalpak.com. They said I could combine the Animal M-Stak 5-6 hours before the Animal Stak. Because they work on different levels I would not be overdoing any one combo. But seriously, DON'T take my word for it. Go to animalpak.com and research the products. The FAQs are helpful (As helpful as any company giving advice about the product they are peddling). I might try that for one cycle and see if it helps me. But, I sure as hell don't want to screw my body up in the process of trying to get stronger.

Ive done the diets,I put my time in at the gym and I see results.But by time Im at the weight I want Ill be twice my age. I need a little help as did Arnold to get big. Im 180 and Id like to be 210. Dont even say eat like a horse and train hard because I do nothing but.

Arnold had a lot of help, the type that is illegal now.
I doubt that you will find very many people that endorse that type of help here.
It could be that you overtrain. Many people, in an attempt to get bigger adopt an attitude of more is better. They end up heavily overtraining and cut short their muscle growth. How many exercises do you do per bodypart and how often are you hitting each body part.
What made you choose 210? Are you planning on competing?
The physiques you see in most magazines are the results of years of heavy duty training and massive cycles of steroids. Trying to comparing ourselves to these giants leads to disillusionment and using their supposed workout routines can be dangerous to even some of the more advanced gym rats.
You should be able to naturally put on about 8 pounds of muscle a year with solid training and good nutrition, that puts you more like 5 years away than doubling your age.
Do you do cardio? How much? Too much, or not at all?
We don't know enough about your training and diet to say why you aren't experiencing faster growth, but it may be that you just need time.
How many years have you been training? How consistent?
Don't eat like a horse, eat like a champion, and train like a champion. Every good workout leads you closer to your goals, but it takes time to put on quality muscle.

im looking for a muscle building fat burning supplement thats gunna make me strong! i need muscle and im not afraid to work to get it but ive hit a plato and i need to jump over it im thinking about animal m-stak will that work for me????
