Hi!
I'm a male, 27 years old. I have been working out for about 8 months now - 4 days a week. I haven't used any supplements whatsoever. I'm pretty happy with the results of just working out, everything is tighter and more toned, besides that I've grown just a little bit. I would like to grow at a faster rate now. People have been telling me to use Animal Stak. But what are pro-hormones? Is it the same as shooting anabolics but instead you just take a pill? Is it legal and what should I consider to be a good price? How long are you supposed to take it? Any side effects?
Can you combine Animal Stak with regular Amino Acids?
Thank you!

I think if you have never used any supplements, a good place to start would be a good solid protein, L-Glutamine, and Creatine. These are proven supplements that actually work and you don't have to go around asking anyone do they work, because they do. I wouldn't fall into the "supplement of the month" trap. You will be spending much excess money you could use toward "real" supplements. And aminos are good. And they are probably fine combined with anything, but probably best taken with food for proper absorbtion of your food.

bb1fit is right. Look to your diet first. However, if you are stuck at a plateau, then Animal Stak can help. I've used it with great success. To answer your question, prohormones are steroidal hormones. The reason they are legal is that they are pure testosterone (steroids). They are precursors--in the body the have the ability to convert to testosterone and nortestosterone. I've seen it as low as $25.00. Three weeks on, one week off. Good luck bro.
