I run X-country and lift weights to keep up strength and body tone, but with all the calories i burn each day running it's just plain obvious that my body's not receving the right amount of protien and nutrients. Especially when for majority of the day i can't stuff my stomach too much for fear of cramping or drag while running. I guess my question is: would animalpak help me here, and the main point is i am only 14!! so obviously there are conditions there. I'd appreciate someone's 2 cents on this a lot.Sorry for the really long paragraph.
P.s: mony is not an issue i have saved up for many months worth.

I think focusing on your diet and taking a decent 2-3 time-a-day multi-vitamin would be sufficient.
Small protein and carbohydrate balanced meals shouldn't weigh you down, and a shake made with whey protein and maybe some faster carbs like gatorade or gra[pe juice might power you through your running or workouts.
How do you eat currently?
You are young and still growing, you should have plenty of growth hormone naturally and have yet to peak with your testosterone, so don't stress about too many supplements yet.

Animalpak is a great multivitamin. I would ask your doc to get clearance though. This stuff is pretty hard core as far as multivitamins go.

try eating a lil more thorughout the day, your very young and don't need to mess with that kinda stuff just yet if u don't have too, besides the animal pack is 40 somthing bucks for 21 packs or somthing liek that, thats an expensive ass mutlivitamen, try the 10 dollar one 1st lol before u go blow that money omn somthing that might not be nothing more than an expensive piss

I eat MANY small meals a day consisting of turkey, ground beef, a lot of fruits and pastas and breads. Before each run a power bar, emediately after each run a large bagle, but on each run i burn calories well past the thousand mark every day. No matter how old i get i am never planning on going anywhere near my hormones. I want to keep everything natural. Isn't animalpak a multivitmin source i could use or what are u referencing to asimmer? i take calcium pills each day though that's probaly not the same thing lol. I found a place that sells a 44pak for $20 www.muscleoutlet.com

Animalpak is a multivitamin, not a pro-hormone. Do your homework and go to www.animalpak.com or www.universalnutrition.com.

I know animal pak is not a prohormone, I use animal pack as my main multi, when I am not using Beverly's female power pack.
I am just saying that at 14, animal pak may be overkill. You could probably get decent vitamin and mineral backup (which is what multis are) from a good brnd chelated multi.
It is important to get as many nutrients as you can from food sources.
And animal stack and M-stack are pro-hormones, which for some might be the logical next step. I was just trying to dissuade Dougbeme from going that route, sounds like he ha already decided that isn't where he is headed, any how.
I don't tell people what to do if I do not feel I am informed enough to do so.
That said, I think you could benefit from a little more good fat in your diet. It is a high-calorie fuel source and would be used in your situation as fuel instead of being stored. If you want to buy supplements I would say look for a good post-wokout shake that will get nutrients into your muscles faster than a bagel. You could eat more vegetables as opposed to fruits - they have a longer digestion time and will prolong your energy better than fruits. But at the rate you burn calories, fruit is no problem.
Make your pastas whole wheat or at least the half wheat blend. And try brown rice. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a meal, either on your veggies or rice, and add flaxseed oil to your shakes when you have them.
$20 is a good deal for animal pak and makes it veru cheap if you take one pack a day instead of the two they say to take during heavy training periods.
Okay, reading the back of my animal pak, there are no real stimulants in it. It does contain goldenseal, which some people are allergic to. And if you take two paks a day you are getting really high amounts of some of the fat soluble vitamins, which your body can't just flush like the water soluble.
I think the person you should ask (where is he anyway?) is rev8ball, he knows the animal products better than anyone I have talked to.
You may want to look for some sports nutrition books, either at the library or online. They will give you a good idea of how to eat for better endurance, energy and recovery more comprhensively than a message board.
