My ankles are way too inflexible. When I full clean it arches my back forward. Same thing when i squat. Is there any excersises that can increase my flexability??? thanks.

1 quick fix until your flexibility improves. Widen your squat stance and turn your toes out a little. Force your self to sit back on your heels. Try keeping the squat bar lower than normal on your traps. The long term solution is to stretch your calves every chance you get except before a workout.
