Ok, I got all my stats done. now I think i am going to try and pump up my protein intake to 1.5 times per pound but keep the carbs what FT tells me for my weight/fat loss program. What do you guys think about that?? right now my stats are: prot-201 carb-503 fat-38 cal-3124
I am trying to lose the fat around my stomach and hopefully in a couple of weeks start my mass. I am eating roughly 6 to 7 meals a day, and I plan on doing about 3-5 days of cardio for 30-45 minutes a session. I would just like some feed back and maybe some tips. thanks guys/gals
