first things first, i need to lose some bodyfat most of which has accumulated on my legs. they look quite yucky to me. i do concentrate on lifting weights more than cardio, but i do know that cardio plays a role in fat loss so my question is... if i play soccer 2 times a week (soccer is my other love besides weight lifting), is that enough cardio for the week? i know that you can do too much cardio and catabolize your muscles and i do NOT want that :)
If you love playing soccer (and only do it twice a week) then I cannot see a problem of continuing.
About doing too much cardio and risking or not to catabolize your muscles, it's all a question about total calorie intake. BUT doing too much cardio can make your recovery after each weight training take a lot longer.
You are doing fine there and you'll get rid of that "#ù$¤ extra fat in no time!!!! (o;
