Hey Everyone, my name is Robert,Originally from phillippines, raised in oklahoma. Graduated and joined the military. Stationed now in San Antonio, tx. But right this moment stationed in wonderful northern Afghanistan.
History on my body, Football player all my life, 6'2'' 310lbs when i graduated high school, lost 100 of those lbs to get into the air force, and gained 50 back when 3 years rolled around. Started taking some Phentermine, it worked, lost the 50, as soon as i got off it though, sure enough i gained it back. Now im looking to get rid of this for good, im 25 years old, and need to control my weight before its to late. Now im going to do this the right way. With the free time, im totally devoting myself to the gym here in the desert, and my goal is 215 lbs from the 270 i am now in the next 6 months. Thats probably alot to ask, but i think i can accomplish this. i have already started, the freetrainers.com workout plan, and do cardio five days a week minimum. Im doing great so far, havent lost much weight, but have increased my running ability from dog tired after 3/4 of a mile, to being able to run 2 miles without breathing hard. so heres hoping for the best, and ill try to get pics up asap. (internet here is spotty to say the least!)
