Through the constant attempts to make chicken more enjoyable since I eat so much and it gets old....
You need: chicken breast, low fat italian dressing, Classico brand sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce, Skinner roasted garlic angel hair pasta, GARLIC, and onions (plus Tony's and italian seasoning and fresh ground pepper for spicing).
Put the chicken in a pan, pour in some italian dressing, put the freshly pressed garlic and diced onions on top, spice with Tony's, pepper, and italian seasoning. Actually bring the italian dressing to a boil and cook the chicken in it. Always try to keep the garlic and onions on top of the chicken for the flavor.
In a pot, put the Classico sauce and some Tony's and italian seasoning, and stir.....just warm it up though.
Cook the noodles as usual (tip: a teaspoon of oil so the noodles wont be sticky).
Add it all together on a plate and BAM! you got a tasty chicken and pasta dish. If you love garlic, like I do, put as much as you like. I put a whole clove and keep a bottle of mouthwash on the side. The sauce is 110 calories and the pasta is 220. Not sure how much the chicken etc is.
