Hello Everybody,

I've just joined this site and like it so far. My goal right now is to lose 50 lbs or so and get fit. Right now I am 5'9" 220 and am tired of getting winded with the slightest bit of exercise.

I joined a gym a few months ago and haven't seen much improvement because I don't have the knowledge of what specifically I should be doing every day, both in the gym and at the grocery store.

I look forward to being a member of this community and hope that this will be the motivation I need to get healthy.

Hello, and welcome to freetrainers. At least you have the motivation that got you to join the gym. Try a program from here, print it and bring to the gym . If your not dure of the exercise, post the question or email one of the moderators.
