I am 19 and live in Australia and Practice Capoeira 5 days a week. I have been trying to motivate myself to get up every morning before Class and do a workout but to no avail. On the days i dont have Capoeira i do a quick workout out in the backyard.
In joining FT i hope to gain new friends and information about how i can better myself through physical means and also improve the nutritional side of my life.
