Im new to this site, just thought Id introduce myself and my goals.

30 years old
Looking to shed atleast 30 lbs. I believe that this is a modest goal.
Im not really looking to gain any muscle just to tone it up.
I do have a membership with my wife to our local Ballys. We try to get to the gym 4 times a week.
I do atleat 30 minutes of Cardio and try to use the circuits. Anyone have any usefull suggestions?

Hi skaowili. The plans FT offer are great. You can pick your level and goals, print them and take them to the gym. Keeps you from having to think too much. There is also diet help in the nutrition part. These boards are a fountain of knowlege.
