Hi everyone,
I made a new year's resolution to lose my belly, which has been growing by the day (or so it seems). I'm not over-weight. If anything, I might be considered under-weight considering my age. I'm 24. I weigh about 103lbs. I'm 5'2". I just don't know how my belly has started growing, and it's becoming a big concern (pun intended) for me.
Could you guys please recommend an exercise routine that would help me lose my belly? I don't want to lose any weight, though. Next would be my thighs. But for now, let's just stick to my belly.

Take a look at the FT special abs program. It will flatten your tummy assuming that your diet is ok. You may even want to look at one of the total body exercise programs. Welcome to this great community.
Hi femme fatal...Tajke Charlie's advice and start a good program from here. It is immpossible to spot reduce, that is why a full body workout is always recomended. Make it through this holiday period and then adjust your eating habits.
