I am also a new member. I just started training today. I am not sure if I'm doing the right exercises though. My overall goal is to lose weight and tone up my tummy area. Any suggestions?
As far as getting direction with your workout routine, sign up for a program here at ft. They have several programs that fit a variety of fitness goals. Once completed you will be able to see how it all fits together with recommendations for sets/reps, which muscle groups to work together, etc. This is really an invaluable resource to get you started on the right track. If you have any specific questions, feel free to post them or search 'ft buddy'. Also, for better results consider getting your diet in order. Good Luck.
