Well hello all and good luck with whatever goals you have..mine is to lose about 30lbs. I'm currently 164lbs and between a Doctor's screw up and my own personal stress I haven't been able to shed the weight. Anyways, the hardest part for me right now is just getting started I don't know if it's my allergies or what but for the past week I can barely get out of bed I'm so tired all the time and it's hard to exercise when all you want to do is sleep. Any ideas on motovation or energy would be awesome. Thank you and Good Luck all:big_smile:

Rasgirl - I think we all have weeks like that - I find it helps to just get up and put on my workout clothes. I tell myself that i only have to do 10 minutes, and if i don't feel better after that I can quit. usually i finish the workout, because the endorphins kick in around minute 9:)

Be sure you are eating enough to fuel your daily activities and keep in mind - exercise gives you energy..so it may seem like the last thing you want to do, but it the best thing for you you do (barring any illness that is causing undue fatigue).

WOW...Amy I just read your info and saw your pics you look awesome girl, and you are an inspiration, the hard part for me it that it hasn't just been weeks its been months of being tired. It's the 10mins of even getting started I'm having trouble with, but hopefully this website and your kind words of wisdom will help with that. I just can't believe your transformation I'm more than impressed. The good part is if I can get started I don't think it will take much to get to were I want to be as I used to train and was very muscular a few years back and if I remember correctly muscle retains memory. Now so long as they didn't get "Old Timers" hopefully they'll come back.

Thank you hun for your help:big_smile:
