Hi, Just wanted to introduce my self and ask a few questions. My name is Cindy, I am a stay home mom to 3 beautiful kids, a 4.5 yo boy and 20 mo b/g twins. I am 5'4" and weigh 128 lbs, and my bf is 26%. I would like to lose about 5-10 lbs, especially lose fat or tone around the ab are (flabby due to a recent c-section), and 4% bf. Should I be modifying tbe program designed for me if the machines they suggest using are not available to me? Also, can anyone suggest any high protein, low carb, low fat foods? I am struggling with that. If my calories are high enough, then my carbs and fat are too high and my protein too low. If my calories are too low, then everyting else is too low too. Please help! Thank you.

Hi, and welcome to ft. Congrats on the family.
I would suggest you take a look in the diet section of the boards. There are alot of good suggestions.
Feel free to email me here and I can give you a list of foods etc.
-------------- Beleive you can, and you are halfway there.

Hi I just wanted to say hello.
new to the program, oh I wish I just weighed only 128 lbs, I would be so happy. I need to lose at least 40 lbs.
My problem is that I become extremely hungry at night? Any suggestions.

Hello momoftwins and zippper :o)
Zippper - what is your diet like? Do you eat 5-6 small meals a day which are spaced out?
If eating late at night, I would suggest something low in fat and carbs like egg whites or tuna.
Fibrous vegetables like broccoli are good fillers too.
