Hey~ yep another newbie.. a lazy tired newbie at that.. Man it's a B*tch getting old. I moved from a huge city 3 yrs ago to one of the most remote places left in the US. I am 15 miles from a loaf of bread and the gym if you want to call is in town, where this lady has a tape she starts and you go from machine to machine doing what the tape says for 35 mins and you can't do anything on her machines you want. I felt like I was trapped in some wierd bad workout dream. Ok so that was out, not to mention at 70 miles roundtrip a day to go there , the gas bill alone by the end of the week , forget it.. not happening.
So the longer, I live out here in the boonies the less I go out the less I give a crap what I look like and so it goes.... I am not tone anymore, I used to be and my energy level is zip cause I dont go no where or do nothing. Which also I might add I am depressed, gee can you tell ? All tied together , no excercise low energy depression, looking like I fell apart ... I THINK SO . So here I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. Thanks for listening to me whine... Come Monday when my new training starts it's on . I hope you guys will help keep me motivated because I really need ya !!!

Good luck to you! I just joined today and I hoping that this will give me the inspiration I need. The 70 miles rountrip to the gym, made me realize how lucky I am that my gym is only 5 minutes from home!! Once again, good luck with your goals.
