If you can get your chicken/turkey breast cut as scallopini (the breast sliced into thin sheets) try this recipe. Use either of the following: -blend of orange segments, low fat cream cheese, dried cranberries, dash of cinnamon, black pepper -blend of basil, low fat cottage/cream cheese, diced spinach, minced garlic & onion, black pepper spread the mixture over one side of the meat, roll them up and place them seam down in a non-stick baking pan, bake at 400 F for 20 minutes--sprinkle with lemon juice for a bit of kick right before you eat either is good topped with roasted garlic low fat yogurt
