i see lots of stuff on the internet about "how to get 6 pack abs", but I hardly ever saw anything saying how to maintian a 6 pack. Do you still need to feel the burn ? Do you have to raise the number of reps every time you stop feeling it? And if you don't , do you loose it?
thx for reading this (I would thank you even more if you answer it)

The best way to get the much desired six pack is by having and maintaining a very clean diet with a very low body fat percentage... around 6 or 8% I believe.
You can do all the sit ups/crunches in the world, but if you don't lower the body fat enough, the six pack isn't gonna show.

Yep, Tim hit it on the head. Maintaining abs is much like getting them. Diet is essential to get them, and diet is essential to keeping them. The difference will be to just keep your abs and maintain your current physique, all that is required is maintenance calories, though clean.
