In my constant mission to feed the beast I came up with another microwave recipe. you will need a bad of frozen green beans and a package of the fake crab. Cook half a bag of beans for 2 minutes in the microwave. Then add half of the package of crab. Sprits to your liking I cant beileve it's not butter spary on it(or any form of the fake stuff) then generously shake some garlic powder on there and then nuke it for another minute. Another yummy quick dish with protein veggies and the support of garlic - Mike

I've seen that fake crab stuff in the stores all the time. My b/f's mother loves the stuff. What's in it and how much protine does it have (compared to real crab meat)?

Hey Mike, ever thought about writing a book? It could be called '3 Minute Recipes'. Keep track of those recipes. Just in case.

The fake crab is usually just a cheaper fish meat like pollock cut and formed into lumps with some coloring, sugar, and other flavors added. I'm not sure that the protein content is much different than real crab (if not higher).
