This website www.caloriesperhour.com is very cool! The list of activities you can choose from is astounding (some very odd, like family reunion, talking and eating, not fighting...hmm do you burn more calories if you do fight at the reunion?) There are other cool calculators there also. I have added this to my favorites list and think it is a great way to firgure out if you are creating enough of a deficit with your calories, or vice versa!
