Hey,

I want to loose a bit of weight, build muscle and tone my body - is there an order to do this or seperate stages.

Any advice would be cool - also best sorts or exercises / routines you guys use???

Get a program on ft and do cardio. And remember u wont get anywhere without a good diet full of good essentials.

Most here will do a bulking stage them move to a cutting stage. Trying to do both at the same time is very difficult
