Hey guys, about 3 weeks ago i started to feel a little pain kind of under my left armpit around my left pec. I was doing fine benching, being able o do 225 for my set of 10. Now 2 weeks alter the pain is so bad that I can only do 225 1 to 3 times very slowly. It only hurts when I bench and I can't even do push ups. I've been icing it for about a a week and a half and it doesn't seem to be getting much better. Any help or advice would be appreciated, thanks.

have you seen a doctor i actually had the same problem but i was only benching 175...( thats good 4 a girl), but you probably pulled a muscle or strained it instead of ice use a heating pad for a week or two that should help, for muscle injuries heat works and soothes the pain rather than freezing it which usually numbs it for the moment instead of a long term treatment.
