Hey im new to this im about 140 5'7 and 15 years old i bench 188 is that in the right area or am i behind just wanted to know

just wondering how you bench 188...most plates go no lower than 2.5lb....so the total numebrs changes by at least 5 pounds...for your weight/age/height that's a pretty impressive result...how long have you been benching?

I've been benching for about 8 months on and off, the weights i use are officals weight i guessyou can say, the bars 45, the big plate is 44, the the 25 is actually 24, and i have as a little plate an 8
